Think About This Before You Complain
By all army men and women.
You stay up for 16 hours.
We atay up for days on end.
You take a warm shower to help wake you up.
We go six weeks without running water.
You complain of a "headache" and call in sick.
We get shot at and some of us get hit, and we keep moving forward.
You talk about your buddies that aren't there.
We know we may never see any of ours ever again.
You complain about how hot it is.
We wear our heavy gear, not daring to take off our helmet to wipe our forhead.
You get mad at the waiter for getting your order wrong.
We don't get to eat today.
You're mad that your class got held an extra five minutes over.
We're told we will be held over an extra two months.
You roll your eyes when the baby cries.
He gets a letter with pictures of his new baby, and wonders if they will ever meet.

I actually cried cause it's really sad

This is really sad and true.
wow. thats deep. i dont do a whole lot of complaining really, and this is just A FEW of the many things military people have to deal with. this is so important for people to understand, and most people would just ignore it. i wish more people would realize the actual horror of going into battle, because its not all cool and awesome like people think. military personel dont always come home, and even though this is sad its cery true. more people need to realize this.
